Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment please email us at [email protected] at your earliest convenience.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full charge to the employer, or to the individual if not under an Employer Scheme.
